About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive new sales within our eThekwini region, focusing on the fire sprinkler and fire protection sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing business through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry relationships, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and facility managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new sales within the fire sprinkler and fire protection sector
- Secure business through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry relationships
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and facility managers
- Meet and exceed sales targets while expanding the company’s footprint
- Manage leads, proposals, quotations, and customer pipelines effectively
- Support regional growth and identify new market opportunities
Requirements
- NQF 5 in Sales, Business, or similar (preferred)
- 46 years proven B2B sales experience
- Experience selling fire sprinkler systems, fire protection solutions, or related technical products strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, proposals, and customer administration
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites (required)
