Experienced and mature Scaffolding Factory / Yard Manager:Co-ordinate on-time completion of manufacturing Manage a team of 10 staffOversee picking, packing and labelling of orders.Co-ordinate different departments of the factory / yard. Manufacturing, Dispatch, Spray Booth, Space management, etc.Assist with sales deliveries when required.Ensure vehicles are loaded for the next day each afternoon.Forklift maintenance. Keep track of service hours, daily vehicle checks, etc.Track inventory levels on spread sheets & liaise with management regarding order of raw materials for fabrication.Deal with changing priorities and at all timesEnsure maintenance / upkeep of the factory / yard is done when required. Timekeeping of all factory staff and weekly hours submission to payrollRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in similar role.Understanding of scaffolding manufacturing, component drawings, steel sizing, etc.Strong knowledge of production planning and dispatch.Computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Teams)Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in an industrial setting.Preferred Qualifications10+ yrs Experience in a similar factory / fabrication environment (warehouse management experience is a plus).Code 10 / C1 licenseForklift licenseWelding Qualification (MIG Welding).Technical knowledge of scaffolding design, components & fabrication.
