About the Role

A well-known client in the hospitality industry in Fort Beaufort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
  • Oversee menu planning, ordering, and food preparation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in hospitality/restaurant management or similar role.

  • Numeracy proficiency and computer literacy – MS office POS experience (Unisolv, GAAP, Pilot etc.).
