About the Role
A well-known client in the hospitality industry in Fort Beaufort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
- Oversee menu planning, ordering, and food preparation.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in hospitality/restaurant management or similar role.
- Matric Relevant Hospitality and / or Food and Beverage qualification desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Numeracy proficiency and computer literacy – MS office POS experience (Unisolv, GAAP, Pilot etc.).
