Known for our warm hospitality, serene surroundings, and unforgettable guest experiences, we pride ourselves on being a home away from home for all our visitors.</p><p>Role Overview</p><p>As the Receptionist / Managers Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and supporting daily administrative operations. In addition, youll need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to step into a management support role when the manager is awayhelping to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction at all times.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.</p><p> Communication: Manage phone, email, and in-person queries efficiently, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.</p><p> Reservations Management: Handle bookings and maintain accurate records of guest information.</p><p> Administrative Support: Assist with filing, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.</p><p> Department Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.</p><p> Local Knowledge: Provide information about Wyndfords services and nearby attractions to enhance the guest experience.</p><p> Leadership Backup: Step confidently into the managers role when required, supporting staff, making decisions, and ensuring standards are upheld.</p><p> Event & Group Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage functions, special events, and group stays from start to finish.</p><p>Requirements</p><p> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p><p> A natural problem-solver who can remain calm and professional under pressure.</p><p> Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).</p><p> Prior experience in reception, administration, or customer service is preferred.</p><p> Leadership qualities and the confidence to step into a management support role when needed.</p><p> Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.</p><p> A passion for hospitality and making guests feel at home.</p><p>What We Offer</p><p> Comfortable on-site housing.</p><p> Meals provided during shifts.</p><p> Utilities included: electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.</p><p> A tranquil work environment surrounded by natural beauty.</p><p> The chance to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.</p><p></p>
