The estate is seeking an organised and hands on Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support their dynamic department and uphold their exceptional standards ✨ What the role involves: • Assisting in the daily management and coordination of the housekeeping team • Ensuring all guest rooms, public areas and back of house spaces meet top quality standards • Training, guiding and motivating staff to deliver consistent excellence • Managing stock levels, inventories and housekeeping procedures • Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager to streamline operations and maintain smooth workflow What’s needed: • A relevant hospitality or housekeeping qualification is beneficial • Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a luxury environment • Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail • Confident communication and people management skills • A proactive, guest focused mindset with high levels of professionalism Salary: R16 000 to R18 000 depending on experience Accommodation: Live out If you do not hear back within two weeks, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
