Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in the daily management and coordination of the housekeeping team
• Ensuring all guest rooms, public areas and back of house spaces meet top quality standards
• Training, guiding and motivating staff to deliver consistent excellence
• Managing stock levels, inventories and housekeeping procedures
• Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager to streamline operations and maintain smooth workflow
Requirements
• A relevant hospitality or housekeeping qualification is beneficial
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a luxury environment
• Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
• Confident communication and people management skills
• A proactive, guest focused mindset with high levels of professionalism
