Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and service-driven Concierge to join a prestigious luxury boutique hotel situated in the beautiful Franschhoek region. This role requires an individual with exceptional local knowledge, a professional demeanour, and a passion for delivering personalised guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with detailed information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities.

• Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, tours, and other guest requests efficiently and discreetly.

• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local events.

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest relations role within a luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong local area knowledge, particularly of the Franschhoek and surrounding Winelands region.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A professional appearance and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
