About the Role
Hire Resolve are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Client’s team as a Document Controller/Project Administration in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for project administration and document control for Design Phase and Civil Construction Projects, including Tailings Storage Facilities, Pollution Control Dams, Pipelines, Pump stations, and HDPE Lining Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project-related documents, drawings, and records in an organized and efficient manner
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and distribute necessary documentation
- Monitor and track project timelines, deadlines, and milestones
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of project reports, presentations, and progress updates
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related activities as required
- Assist in the development and implementation of project procedures and documentation management systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project administration and document control within the construction industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in document management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
