Holistic Healer Luxury Guest Farm | Franschhoek
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Holistic Healer to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role is ideal for a therapist who understands that healing is not only physical, but also energetic and emotional, creating meaningful experiences for each guest.
Salary: R23,000 R26,000 per month
Live-out position
Key Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Professional training in massage therapy, reflexology, or holistic bodywork
Proven experience as a holistic healer or wellness therapist in a luxury hospitality environment
Strong understanding of intuitive, intentional healing practices
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
Skills and Competencies:
Deep love for the healing arts and the power of intuitive touch
Calm, grounded and professional, with strong presence and mindfulness
Warm, empathetic, and sensitive to guests needs
Excellent communication and listening skills
Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and hospitality hours
Respectful of natural rhythms, energy, and wellness principles
Attention to detail and commitment to creating nurturing, peaceful spaces
Key Responsibilities
Healing Treatments & Guest Care
Offer holistic treatments such as massages, reflexology, body rituals, and other wellness therapies
Create a safe, nurturing, and peaceful environment for guests
Work intuitively, tuning into guests physical, emotional, and energetic needs
Guide guests through their healing journey with care, professionalism, and respect
Preparation & Care of Healing Spaces
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Ensure oils, products, linens, and tools are replenished and presented with care
Maintain mindfulness and respect in all preparation and handling of tools and spaces
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with guest experience and wellness teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
Communicate clearly regarding guest preferences, needs, or sensitivities
Participate in team meetings and daily rhythms that support harmony and alignment
Stock & Supplies
Manage stock of oils, products, and healing materials
Support ordering of supplies and ensure storage areas are neat and well maintained
Handle all products mindfully, avoiding waste and maintaining quality
Growth, Energy & Integrity
Continue professional development in healing techniques, energy work, and self-awareness
Maintain personal energy, alignment, and balance to support guest care
Embody professionalism, integrity, and excellence in all interactions and work practices
