RESPONSIBILITIES Staff Management Manage Hospitality budgets ( Guest house, Tasting Rooms) Oversee estate events Retail procurement appoint relevant suppliers and selection of products Liaising with media / VIP clients / guests Customer service Positively & actively promote the company services and products REQUIREMENTS A proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager Excellent communication ( fluent in English & Afrikaans) and negotiation skills Computer literacy- MS Office Excellent classic cuisine & wine knowledge A customer service driven individual Experience in upmarket / fine dining Hospitality service Attention to detail , problem solving, creative and innovative Excellent leadership skills Qualification in Hospitality management and/ or Project management
