About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a reliable and proactive Junior Security Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their security management experience within a high-end, fast-paced environment while ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the security team
- Monitoring and patrolling the estate to maintain safety and security
- Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Assisting with training, scheduling, and performance management of security staff
- Maintaining accurate security reports and logs
- Enforcing estate policies and procedures effectively
- Supporting overall estate operations to uphold high standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, preferably in supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Alert, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R13,500 – R14,500 per month
