About the Role
Helderberg Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Administrator Assistant to join our team in Franschhoek. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will provide exceptional front-desk and client communication, while also processing orders, invoices, quotes, and sales orders using Pastel software.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-desk and client communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
- Processing orders, invoices, quotes, and sales orders (Pastel)
- General admin support, filing, and document management
- Calendar and appointment scheduling
- Managing client accounts, statements, and outstanding payments
- Stock control and office supplies
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in admin, office support, reception or finance
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Admin/Management/HR) or 1+ year proven experience will be advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong MS Office skills (Pastel experience an advantage)
- Professional communication, telephone & email etiquette
- Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask & work under pressure
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Admin/Management/HR) or 1+ year proven experience
- Completed matric and/or higher education in a relevant field
