About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Reservationist to join our team in Franschhoek, responsible for managing the full reservations process and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bookings accurately, communicating promptly with guests and internal teams.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to meet guest requirements and secure payments in line with company procedures.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accurate recording of bookings within the system.
Requirements
- Previous reservations or front office experience in a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment.
- Working knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS).
