Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining kitchen organisation.

• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.

Requirements:

• Formal culinary qualification or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment.

• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating styles.

• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
