About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and service-oriented Waitress for a luxury guest farm based in Franschhoek, Western Cape. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering refined dining experiences in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional food and beverage service
- Ensure guests receive a high standard of service at all times
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently
- Set up, clear, and maintain dining areas to luxury standards
- Assist with menu knowledge, including food and wine pairings where required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress in a luxury hotel, lodge, restaurant, or guest farm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R15;000 – R17;000 (Negotiable DOE)
