Employer Description A wildlife organisation with offices across 15 countries and reserves over 11 countries that provides effective, short and long term resolution. This is not a live in position, you must be willing to relocate to Bethlehem. Job Description Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving excellence? We are seeking a Head of Animal Welfare to oversee daily operations and lead our dedicated wildlife sanctuary team. Manage department personnel and administrative needs. Develop and implement strategic plans. Network with key stakeholders and industry partner. Create and enhance educational and volunteering programs on-site. Foster collaboration with other industry players. Qualifications Masters in Zoology or similar discipline. Extensive wildlife experience. Proven management and budget responsibilities. Understanding of safety management.
