Job Summary
- Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience in Retirement Home or Village Management
- Proven ability to manage a team of 4 staff members and a Maintenance Supervisor
- Experience in working with elderly residents essential
- Minimum age of 50 years required
- Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting advantageous
- Experience in Basic Maintenance and Facility Management essential
- Sectional Title knowledge required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable References required
Salary Structure:
- Monthly Salary Package up to R 20 000 negotiable based on experience
