Responsibilities:

• Support the feature teams with all start up/release management related tasks
• Supports management and product owners with ordering and managing of infrastructure
• Co-ordinate change requests for infrastructure related topics.
• Participate in all initiatives to ensure compliance within the Domain and Product environment (YPA & Product Depot)
• Monitor and report on monthly KPI achievement
• Setup and manage team standby rosters
• Available to act as Major Incident Manager for ZA HUB Aftersales incidents
• Ensure stability and availability of applications for customers

Skills

Requirements:

• Excellent skills in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray, Bit-Bucket) to the level of providing advanced hands-on coaching in these components
• Solid IT Infrastructure knowledge, such as PostgreSQL, Payara, Glassfish
• General understanding in various Cloud solutions, such as AWS and serverless computing and architecture implementation
• General IT Security compliance understanding
• In-depth knowledge of BMW’s Problem, Incident, Change Management processes and tools
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous skills requirements:

• Working experience in Agile scaled models (e.g. Nexus, LeSS, SAFe)
• General Test Management understanding
• Technical ability to interpret Architecture layout designs such as Conceptual, Functional and executions view
• QlikView Operations KPI knowledge (advantageous)
• General process understanding, or the ability to understand various business and technical processes
• Advanced project administration skills
• Business management skills
• Strong knowledge of implementing Agile concepts & principles in IT projects (entire SDLC)
• Configurations Management, Technical as well as Business Management
