Key Responsibilities

• Manage reconciliations, reporting, and trial balance preparation
• Oversee property-related accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare management reports and assist with audits and budgets
• Work confidently on MDA Property Management System
• Analyse financial data and support process improvements

Requirements

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Completed SAIPA Articles + 2–3 years post-articles experience, or 4–5 years in property accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Experience on MDA is essential
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
