Gauteng: Accounts Payable Administrator posted by Fusion Personnel

• Matric 
• Minimum 4 years experience in an Accounts Payable / Creditors role 
• Experience with foreign payments essential
• Immediately available and able to work on a 6 mth contract 

Duties will include 

• Processing accounts payable into Sage 300 to ensure that all creditors /suppliers are paid punctually
• Electronic banking for processing of payments
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and debtor/creditor accounts Monitoring daily funding requirements for current/admin accounts Monitoring credit card balances for top-up 
• Liaison with property managers/personnel to assist with the financial day to day running of properties and funding of property expenses (petty cash, bank accounts, cards)
• Preparation of foreign payments
• Ensuring complete and accurate VAT recording on every transaction and that supporting documents are valid to support VAT reclaim
• Ensuring complete and accurate filing of AP support, credit card, petty cash, expenses, payments and banking documentation, including scanning and electronic storage
• Providing supporting documents quickly and efficiently in response to AP queries from internal and external parties (for example, invoices requested by auditors)
• Assist in data transferring to new accounting system Ad hoc accounting related tasks
