(eng= Position: Administrator Location: Kempton Park Working Hours: 07:15 16:15 Salary: Market-related Overview A well-established company in the industrial sector is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions, including order processing, invoicing, and customer liaison. Strong skills in Pastel, Microsoft Excel, and multitasking are essential. Responsibilities Handle customer liaison and communication. Prepare customer quotations. Manage switchboard and reception duties. Process invoices and coordinate courier deliveries and collections. Handle imports and exports documentation and procedures. Process purchase orders for new and repaired items from receipt to delivery. Maintain full stock control and inventory records. Follow up on outstanding orders and proof of deliveries (PODs). Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required. Ensure that all processes and procedures are carried out accurately and efficiently. Organize and maintain company documents and filing systems. Requirements 35 years experience in an administrative position. Proficiency in Pastel (invoicing) and intermediate MS Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. Professional, trustworthy, and discreet with a strong ethical code. Eye for detail, accuracy, and commitment to efficiency. Self-motivated, positive, and able to work both independently and in a team. Bestuur van sentraletafel- en ontvangspligte. Verwerking van fakture en koördinering van koerieraflewerings en -versamelings. Bestuur van invoer- en uitvoerdokumentasie en -prosesse. Verwerking van aankoopbestellings vir nuwe en herstelitems vanaf ontvangs tot aflewering. Volledige voorraadbeheer en rekordhouding. Opvolg van uitstaande bestellings en bewys van aflewerings (PODs). Uitvoering van algemene en ad hoc administratiewe take soos benodig. Verseker dat alle prosesse en prosedures akkuraat en doeltreffend uitgevoer word. Organiseer en handhaaf maatskappydokumente en lêerstelsels. Vereistes 35 jaar ondervinding in n administratiewe posisie. Vaardig in Pastel (fakturering) en intermediêre MS Excel-vaardighede. Sterk skriftelike en verbale kommunikasievaardighede. Uitstekende organisatoriese en probleemoplossingsvaardighede. Vermoë om veelvuldige take gelyktydig te hanteer, te prioritiseer en onder druk te werk. Professioneel, betroubaar en diskreet met n sterk etiese kode. Goeie aandag aan detail, akkuraatheid en n verbintenis tot doeltreffendheid. Selfgemotiveerd, positief, en in staat om onafhanklik en in n span te werk. Eie vervoer is n vereiste. )
