About the Role
A career opportunity exists at REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP LTD, NIGEL for the position of ADMINISTRATOR – PANELSHOP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for opening and closing all vehicle job cards (internal and external), creating invoices for finalised job cards, capturing invoices, supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis, scanning and filing documents, providing costs to the Risk department, AODSs (acknowledgement of debt), updating daily Excel sheets, and emailing relevant parties. You will also capture stock invoices for storeroom, control stock issued against job card, ordering of stock and stock level control, daily stock issues, monthly and daily perpetual stock takes, and placing orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close all vehicle job cards (internal and external)
- Create invoices for finalised job cards
- Capture invoices
- Perform supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Scan and file documents
- Provide costs to the Risk department
- Update daily Excel sheets
- Email relevant parties
- Capture stock invoices for storeroom
- Control stock issued against job card
- Order stock and maintain stock level control
- Manage daily stock issues
- Conduct monthly and daily perpetual stock takes
- Place orders
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Fluent in Afrikaans / English
- Computer literate with a focus on Excel
- Bookkeeping background or Diploma an advantage
- Experience with Creditors invoice capturing / recon
