• 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit fast food/QSR operations management.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, food costs, and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to maintain and enforce hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Experience with staff management, including hiring, training, and disciplinary processes.
• Solid understanding of labour law and prior experience representing a business at the CCMA.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively between stores.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple fast-food outlets.
• Conduct regular stock takes, spot checks, and food cost control across all stores.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health & safety, and cleaning standards in preparation for internal and external audits.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring and maintaining brand standards across all stores.
• Handle recruitment, training, performance management, and terminations, ensuring correct processes are followed.
• Represent the company at CCMA hearings and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
• Monitor store financial performance, highlight problem areas, and implement corrective action.
• Perform follow-ups on operational issues and ensure all stores maintain consistent quality standards.
• Travel frequently between stores to provide support, training, and leadership.
