Job Description
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a professional, high-calibre customer service experience throughout the service cycle
- Support the workshop, parts, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely updates and transparent communication
- Facilitate smooth vehicle check-in, status feedback, and hand-over
- Uphold ethical practices and maintain dealership brand standards
- Strive to achieve OEM CSI and Balance Scorecard performance targets
- Adopt a customer-first approach with empathy and solution-driven communication
- Maintain a polished, professional presence in all customer interactions
Financial & Warranty Administration
- Prepare accurate service quotes and gain customer approval within warranty guidelines
- Monitor and manage service, repair, and warranty claims
- Assist with warranty audit preparation
- Generate reports as required by management
- Ensure adherence to OEM and dealership financial controls
Operational Execution
- Manage bookings, job card opening and closing, and service follow-ups
- Provide ongoing updates to customers on Work-In-Progress (WIP)
- Work within dealership systems (CMS, Evolve, IAL or similar)
- Ensure workshop readiness, workflow efficiency, and quality assurance
- Liaise with workshop staff to support accurate diagnosis and timely service delivery
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Engage in daily hands-on service support activities where required
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (a relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing & parts processes
- Haval, BAIC, Tata GWM, Suzuki, Mahindra brand experience – advantageous
- Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans
- Strong customer-handling, admin, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office + dealership systems (CMS, Evolve, IAL, etc.)
- Valid drivers licence & medically fit for active workshop interaction
- Clear criminal record (verification will apply)
- Residing in or near East Rand / Eastern Suburbs preferred
