Job Description
- Render a comprehensive pro-active Security Service;
- Liaise with the Client and handle all internal queries;
- Sustain Growth and profitability;
- Co-ordinate all Management functions within your Area;
- Increase and sustain the performance and productivity of all staff in the Branch;
- Ensure adherence to Group and Divisional Policies and Standard Operating Procedures;
- Planning and Management;
- Financial Management;
- Sales and Marketing;
- Personnel Management and Human Resource Development;
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 Certificate;
- PSIRA Registered with a Grade A certificate;
- Firearm Competency;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Senior Management;
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Adaptable to regular change;
- Good knowledge of the ISO procedures;
- MS Office Computer literate;
- Sound Communication Skill (Verbal and Written);
- Fully Bilingual ;
- Excellent Client liaison and Administration skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, good command of English language and strong leadership abilities;
- Code 8 driver’s license;
- Own Transport and accommodation;
