• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Luxury Hospitality,  Travel or Lifestyle Brand Management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or Hospitality Management (Postgraduate qualification an advantage)
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools | Social Media Platforms | Brand Management Software
• Proven experience managing marketing or branding for a high-end lodge, boutique hotel, or premium lifestyle brand
• Strong visual sensibility and understanding of luxury branding principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to manage external creative agencies and coordinate across multiple departments
