Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the freight and logistics sector
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Understand client logistics operations to position software solutions effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for successful onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client interactions, and reporting within CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Background in freight, shipping, logistics, or software sales (advantageous)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed in a competitive market
