• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities in process and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases to support growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (BEng).
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in the process or engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of process engineering solutions and industrial technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
