Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market penetration.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in sectors such as mining, manufacturing, energy, and water.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline activities and business performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial automation, control systems, or electrical distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of switchgear, instrumentation, PLCs, and process control solutions.
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth and developing long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
