Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market penetration.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in sectors such as mining, manufacturing, energy, and water.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline activities and business performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial automation, control systems, or electrical distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of switchgear, instrumentation, PLCs, and process control solutions.
• Proven track record in achieving sales growth and developing long-term client partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
