• Lead and execute strategic GTM projects across Africa.
• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Optimize networks through financial modeling and planning systems.
• Analyze distribution flows to meet operational targets.
• Drive GTM improvements in time, SKU, and DC efficiency.
• Develop strategies aligned with retail trends.
• Identify transport network efficiencies and opportunities.
• Enhance processes with the GTM COE.
• Implement tools and performance systems for SSA distributors.
• Evaluate and improve distributor performance and SLAs.
• Benchmark and refine commercial processes for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Global Control Standards (GCS).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: 3-year Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in the FMCG industry.
• Distributor Management: At least 3 years of experience working with distributors.
