About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Account and Training Specialist to join our team at Kontak Recruitment. As a key member of our people-and-tech role, you will split 50/50 between after-sales client care and user training across multiple software solutions. Your primary focus will be on helping existing clients get the best out of our systems, resolving day-to-day challenges, and ensuring users feel confident long after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site visits to existing clients to support adoption and ongoing usage
- Deliver structured onboarding and user training sessions, online and in-person
- Tailor training to each client’s environment and ensure users can confidently use the systems
- Provide advisory support on configuration, customisation, and integration aligned to client needs
- Review client workflows and recommend practical improvements to drive better outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and user queries, escalating complex cases where needed
- Build strong long-term client relationships through proactive check-ins, feedback gathering, and support
- Keep accurate CRM notes on client interactions, training delivered, and support activity
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in a client support or training role
- Strong understanding of software applications (HR and Payroll specific preferred)
- Ability to learn and demo products quickly
- Confident using CRM systems and common business software tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

No formal education or certifications are required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
R40 000 – R50 000 CTC per month (experience-dependent)
