• Strong knowledge of CNC lathe operation and setup procedures.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and tolerances.
• Experience with measurement instruments such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Select, install, and align appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and quality throughout production runs.
• Perform first-off inspections and ensure all parts meet dimensional and quality standards.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tooling.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining or dimensional issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and targets.
