This role is vital to ensuring the smooth planning and execution of events that showcase our expertise and engage our clients. If you are organized, proactive, and have a passion for delivering professional, impactful events, we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop & Conference Planning: Plan and manage Alwinco`s workshops, training sessions, and conferences, ensuring alignment with the companys goals and objectives.Event Logistics: Oversee all logistics, including venue bookings, equipment arrangements, catering, and attendee registration.Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to understand requirements and expectations for each event.Scheduling & Timelines: Create detailed event schedules and timelines to ensure all aspects of planning and execution run smoothly.Supplier Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability and quality.Event Promotion: Assist in promoting events through email campaigns, social media, and other channels to maximize attendance and visibility.Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback.
