Job Description

Oversees daily site operations, supervising workers, ensuring safety (OSHA compliance, PPE), managing schedules, delegating tasks from blueprints, coordinating materials, and acting as the key link between crew and management to keep projects on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. Rich knowledge on civil construction and experience: we require minumun five years exprience working in the construction area with rich construction skill and knowledge, ability to read blueprint and technical documents Supervision & Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate construction crews, delegating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and OSHA regulations. Planning & Scheduling: Develop work schedules, manage crew attendance, and adjust plans for weather, materials, or personnel changes. Project Execution: Interpret blueprints, oversee machinery use, ensure quality standards, and manage site progress to meet deadlines. Resource Management: Order materials, schedule deliveries, manage budgets, and ensure adequate staffing and resources. Communication: Report progress to management and communicate project needs to stakeholders.
