Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships and support their technical capabilities.
- Drive initiatives that improve service performance, partner profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical training programmes and manage dealer engagement.
- Support customer retention initiatives to increase uptime and equipment lifetime value.
- Resolve technical and performance concerns; collaborate with factories on root-cause solutions.
- Set Customer Support targets for partners and ensure consistent communication.
- Administer warranty processes and Product Improvement Programs (PIP).
- Travel frequently to dealers and customer sites.
- Work closely with Sales, Aftermarket, and Factory teams to align service standards.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic or Earthmoving Technician.
- Proven field experience in Construction & Forestry.
- Strong technical knowledge and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Customer and dealer loyalty-building experience.
- Strong solution-orientation and ability to analyse customer challenges.
- Excellent computer skills and time management.
- Solid understanding of industry needs.
- Earthmoving Trade Qualification or equivalent.
