This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in finance, legal compliance, and complex debt collection cases.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct late-stage debt collection in line with company policies and legal frameworks.Engage debtors professionally via phone, email, and other approved channels.Negotiate and manage repayment arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies.Support enforcement actions and manage cases through to finalisation.Handle complex cases including liquidation, deceased estates, business rescue, and insolvent debt collection.Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation.Meet daily and weekly collection KPIs.Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.RequirementsNQF Level 6 Finance or Credit control NQF 6 Certificate, Diploma in Paralegal Studies, or Diploma Law.23 years experience in debt collection, credit control, or legal environments.Knowledge of liquidation, deceased estates, business rescue, and insolvent debt collection processes.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Email your CV with the required qualification.
