Job Description
- A National Diploma (NQF 6) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction supervision and contract administration
- Multidisciplinary project experience (civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical building services)
- Knowledge of SANS 10400 National Building Regulations and building finishes
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and Construction Regulations 2014
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000 standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and editing drawings
- Experienced in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Code 08 driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel to sites as required
