To begin your application, please fill out this form: Our client supports an asset management operation focused on multifamily real estate primarily within the Tampa MSA (Florida). The role is designed to support ongoing operational, reporting, and administrative needs related to portfolio oversight, investor reporting, and banking workflows. Responsibilities: Provide support in various capacities as needed. Support asset management operations for a multifamily real estate portfolio (Tampa MSA focus). Assist with bank-related workflows, including: Bank reporting, Bank draws / repair draws, Preparing documentation packages and pulling required reports. Build and maintain Excel trackers and operational workbooks:Formatting, formulas, basic analysis, Consolidating recurring investor/property reporting. Support monthly investor reporting workflows Interface with investor portal/investment management tools: Uploads, updates, and basic support tasks (as approved). Coordinate with property management functions: Pulling data, requests, follow-ups, and documentation. Learn and operate within the clients PM system (Yardi Voyager preferred). Identify opportunities to streamline manual workflows: Suggest automation or process improvements, Locate and complete vendor training (e.g., Yardi training modules/videos). Provide ongoing administrative support as needed: Task tracking, Follow-ups, Internal reminders and task ownership as responsibilities expand, Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of Executive Assistant experience. Real Estate Management experience. Advanced to Expert Level Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal English communication High accountability and consistency Comfortable handling repetitive recurring tasks with accuracy Proactive mindset with the ability to ask clarifying questions Strong ownership and ability to independently problem-solve Solid Excel capability:Formatting, formulas, organizing datasets (pivot tables a plus but not required). Technical comfort in learning new systems and tools Real estate familiarity preferred: Asset management, property management, bank draw processes, investor reporting.
