About the Role

Broll Property Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Facilities Management Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in property management and utilize your education to discharge your duties. This opportunity exposes you to the operations, control, and maintenance of real estate. We are looking for a young professional with a strong passion for facilities management to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and engage in the planning & monitoring of site requirements related to facilities.
  • Conduct facility inspections of work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support all facility management services.
  • Ensure internal procedures and expectations are respected and implemented.
  • Manage all building maintenance.
  • Ensure sites full compliance to all health and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Construction management Diploma
  • Facilities management Qualification
  • BCom Finance majoring in Property Stream
