Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of quality and service, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
To apply for this role, you need to be a local citizen, have a diploma in hospitality and minimum 6yrs experience as F&B Manager in a large city hotel.
A few key duties and responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing F&B strategies
- Managing inventory and stock control
- Training and supervising staff
- Creating menus and pricing items
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues
