About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in similar roles and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 50 Units per month
- Perform against targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
- Matric Certificate
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
- COB Completed
