Now, one of South Africa’s leading industrial groups is looking for a Project Manager: Finance & Operations Systems to turn their next big transformation into reality. Based in Johannesburg East, this role is where finance, systems, and operations collide – and you’re the one connecting it all.

Key Responsibilties:

– Lead and execute finance and operations system projects from planning to rollout
– Translate business needs into system functionality and process improvement
– Partner with plant managers, finance teams, and IT to align goals and outcomes
– Oversee system integrations, testing, training, and user adoption
– Drive continuous improvement across finance and manufacturing operations

Job Experience and Skills

– BCom degree (Finance, Systems, or Operations) – essential
– 5–8 years’ experience in a plant-based or manufacturing environment
– Proven project management experience with system implementation (SAP or Syspro)
– Strong understanding of both finance and operations workflows
– Ability to translate business processes into tech solutions that work
– Analytical, organised, and ready to lead from the front
