Job Description

Minimum Requirements Education: Grade 12 (Matric) essential Post-matric qualification in Finance, Business, or related field (advantageous) Regulatory Exam RE5 (advantageous / required, depending on compliance needs) Compliance: FAIS compliant in terms of Fit and Proper requirements Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or client service essential Proven ability to meet sales targets Skills & Competencies: Tech-savvy, with strong ability to use digital platforms and CRM systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Target-driven with resilience and persistence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities Provide professional financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs Acquire, maintain, and grow a portfolio of clients through prospecting and networking Conduct needs analysis to ensure appropriate product recommendations Promote and sell insurance, investment, and related financial products Deliver excellent after-sales service and ongoing client support Maintain compliance with FAIS, company policies, and regulatory standards Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes Key Attributes Results-oriented and proactive Strong ethical standards and integrity Passion for helping clients achieve financial security Adaptability in a fast-changing financial services environment
