About the Role
A leading hospitality company is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring guests receive a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, manage, and motivate front-of-house and operational staff

- Solid stock control experience and understanding of cost management
- Strong organisational and operational management skills
