Duties:
 

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support our ambitious growth plans.
• Navigate the financial landscape with finesse, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implement and enhance financial controls and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial expertise and fostering a culture of financial responsibility.

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:
 
Qualifications:
 

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom
• BCom Honours / CTA
• CA(SA)

 
Experience:
 

• Completed Articles, preferable at the BIG 4 Audit firms
• Proven 1 year post experience outside the audit firm
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
