The Finance Director will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing forward-looking financial leadership while ensuring the organisation’s financial health, compliance, and performance remain world-class. This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance executive who thrives in dynamic environments, brings deep governance expertise, and excels in influencing, motivating, and elevating teams across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across all Group entities
• Manage cash flow, treasury, capital allocation, and banking relationships
• Oversee internal controls, enterprise risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Ensure full regulatory adherence including FICA, statutory reporting, and tax compliance
• Oversee shipping and logistics financial management, cost optimisation, and supplier efficiency
• Manage legal and contract risk, ensuring commercial terms safeguard the Group
• Mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team across subsidiaries
• Provide strategic financial guidance on growth projects, business development, and acquisitions

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) with 10–15 years’ post-articles experience in a senior finance role
• Proven track record in complex, multi-entity environments
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to operate with urgency, independence, and sound judgment
• Professional maturity to engage effectively with executives, stakeholders, and diverse teams
