• Lead month-end financial reporting and present accurate financial results to management.
  – Manage cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  – Oversee trade finance, creditor/debtor control, and reconciliation processes.
  – Ensure full statutory and tax compliance.
  – Manage inventory, costing, and stock control across multiple warehouses.
  – Supervise ERP system integration and improvements (SYSPRO preferred).
  – Prepare and review financial statements, management packs, and board reporting.
  – Partner with directors on financial planning, risk management, and business growth.
  – Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Experience & Qualifications

• Finance degree- essential.
  – Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a finance management or senior accounting role.
  – Proven track record in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  – Strong systems experience (SYSPRO preferred).
  – Experience with stock control- essential.
  – Hands-on, deadline-driven leader with excellent communication and attention to detail.
