Job Description
- Provide professional front counter service to walk-in customers, ensuring accurate parts identification and quotations.
- Manage telesales enquiries and process orders efficiently.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across a broad range of automotive components.
- Handle invoicing, order processing, and payment transactions with accuracy.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
- Assist with merchandising and stock management at the counter when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales, with exposure to both OEM and aftermarket environments.
- Strong ability to interpret parts catalogues and identify components accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy with experience in invoicing systems and Microsoft Office.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
