About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Warehouse Developer with Insurance Industry Experience to help design, build, and support a modern enterprise reporting and analytics platform. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys working across the full BI lifecycle, mentoring junior team members, and delivering high-quality, performance-driven insights to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory / Synapse and the Microsoft BI stack
- Develop and optimize data models, queries, views, and database objects
- Integrate data from diverse on-prem, cloud, vendor, and Office 365 sources
- Apply performance tuning and database optimization techniques
- Collaborate with DevOps and participate in testing and release cycles
- Enforce data quality, security, and development standards
- Review code, oversee BI solution quality, and mentor junior team members
- Drive innovation and adoption of modern data technologies
Requirements
- 3–4 year IT qualification in Software Development
- Relevant Microsoft certification in the Data space
- 6+ years’ IT experience, with 4+ years in BI/Data Analytics
- Strong experience with SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory / Synapse Pipelines
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, modelling, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
