• Oversee daily operations within the liquor and grocery sections
• Manage staff across all levels
• Delegate tasks effectively and follow up
• Handle receiving of stock and manage returns
• Support selling-area duties and customer service
• Work quickly and accurately
• Participate in weekend rotation
• Work double shifts when required according to team schedules

Requirements

• Experience in SPAR, Checkers, Pick n Pay, liquor retail or general grocery retail (advantage)
• Experience in stock receiving and product returns
• Basic PC literacy
• Leadership ability without needing to be an extrovert

• Teachable, eager to learn and able to see the “bigger picture”
• Physically mobile
• Not a “clock watcher”
• Own reliable transport
• Matric
• Clear criminal record
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and double shifts when required
