• Experience with SAP Ariba solutions such as Guided Buying, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Procurement Content (APC).
• Proven ability to manage release cycles, IT audits, and compliance reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle both technical and business-focused engagements.
• Ability to define and implement integration strategies with a focus on SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Governance:

• Provide solution recommendations for SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Procurement Content (APC), Guided Buying, and Discovery.
• Design and govern SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring best practices and business alignment.
• Conduct documentation reviews of enhancement changes for release management.

1. Release & Compliance Management:

• Manage release management changes for SAP Ariba solutions.
• Conduct compliance reviews through IT audit controls, ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met.
• Manage quarterly SAP Ariba release management, conducting impact analysis and reviewing business processes affected by new features.

1. Integration Management:

• Define and implement integration strategies, leveraging SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) or other middleware solutions.
• Conduct integration management reviews and ensure seamless connectivity between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA systems.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary liaison between the SAP Ariba business team and IM team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships within the Supply Chain business team and AMS Support.
• Provide support for digitization initiatives driven by the Supply Chain business team.

1. Issue & Ticket Resolution:

• Manage the Priority 1 issue resolution process, collaborating with SAP Ariba Engineering and the SC business team to resolve critical tickets.
• Review Business Requirements Document (BRD) changes proposed by the business team and assist in their resolution.
