- 2 3 years experience in a sales environment

DUTIES
- Process orders via email, over the phone as well as assisting with over-the-counter sales for walk in customers
- Ensure that the information on customer orders and invoices is correct
- Liaise with the warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries of orders (accurate scheduling of delivery times).
- Assisting with quarterly stock takes, including but not limited to the preparation leading up to stock takes
- Understand customer needs and requirements and continuously promoting products to new and existing customers
- Contacting customers to ensure the accuracy of information on the invoices
- Following up on sales quotes on a weekly basis
- Maintain accurate records of all follow – ups made with the customer and presenting feedback to Management
- Updating product knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participation in on-the-job training opportunities
- Communicating with customers, by making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads, by referring the customer to the respective external sales representatives
